On November 11, 2013, the Central Senahú Church of the Nazarene, Guatemala, organized a medical program. 60 seniors attended and most of them were widows. The doctor working that day was Dr. René Rivas, National Coordinator for NCM, who counted on the support from the community’s Medical Center.
In October, SENDAS had the opportunity to sign two agreements involving the Youth Ministry program. The first of the two agreements is in collaboration with the Regional NYI, whose President and Coordinator is Rev. Milton Gay.
On November 1st and 2nd of 2013, an event for leadership training took place in the central Church of the Nazarene in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. 75 leaders from the Northwest District from NMI, NYI, and SDMI ministries as well as pastors and co-pastors attended this training.
On September 28 of 2013, the Churches of the Nazarene in Nicaragua got together for a national, interdenominational celebration. It was the 444th anniversary of the Spanish Bible. Colorful floats, songs, and other things swept through the streets of Managua.
