Peace Out lesson Themes
Lesson One - You are the salt of the earth.
Kids will learn that one of the purposes of salt is to season food and our purpose is to “season” and make a difference in the lives of the people in our communities. We do that by the way we treat others. By sharing the peace and love of Jesus with those in our neighborhoods.
Lesson Two - You are the Light of the world.
Kids will learn that in the same way that light shines in darkness, our good deeds will shine and give praise to God as we share the peace and love of Jesus with those in our neighborhoods.
Lesson Three - Tell Others About Jesus
Kids will learn the importance of telling the story of Jesus with their friends and people in their neighborhoods.

The Family Event Rally is a simple 20 - 30 minute rally designed to kick off a day of service. The resources for this rally include promotion plan, program flow, and presentation videos. Blessing Our Community Event Guide provides service project strategies, ideas, and guidance for organizing and leading effective neighborhood service events.
