On Saturday, May 25, The Caribbean Nazarene College (CNC), held their graduation ceremony at the Cipriani College Auditorium.

President Rev. Dr. Orlando Seale and staff led the graduation using the theme “Transitions, We are Crossing Over.” A total of 48 students took the stage to receive their Certificates, Diplomas, Bachelor of Arts & Masters Degrees in Theology, Psychology & Counseling, Social Work and Music, among others.

Carl Yarde from Barbados was the valedictorian of the Bachelors program, while Nyssa Mendoza was the valedictorian for the Masters Program.

There were many distinguished guests in attendance, including Caribbean Field Strategy Coordinator Rev. Dr. Alphonso Porter; Regional Education Coordinator Dr. Ruben Fernandez; and Rev. Paul Bunsee, who is the Caribbean Field Youth Coordinator as well as a lecturer and the chaplain of CNC.  Caribbean Field District Superintendents and the CNC Board of Trustees, led by Chairman Prof. Dr. Michael Scott, also attended.“The Caribbean Nazarene College continues to act as a catalyst for change in the Caribbean Region, producing A+ students throughout the Caribbean and world, serving and impacting the Santa Cruz community in Trinidad and Tobago, and continuing to provide quality, holistic higher education in a Christian environment,” said Timmeon Spencer, a student at CNC.
