They met at the Caribbean Nazarene College (CNC) in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives from Jamaica East, Barbados, Surinam, the Windward Islands, Guyana Demerara, Leeward \/ Virgin Antilles, French Antilles and Trinidad and Tobago attended. The presenters challenged the participants to adopt new ministerial strategies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe sessions informed and encouraged the leaders who met for the two-day retreat to understand their roles to be a system of help for those who are called to missions,\u201d said Donnamie Ali, the Caribbean Field NMI coordinator.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe thank God for the strength of the leaders to travel from different islands of our region and for their interest in updating the ministry,\u201d Crocker said. \u201cWe thank Rev.
