Using the theme \u201cRiches in Christ,\u201d Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM) from the two districts in Cuba held a camp for pastors\u2019 children and leaders from the Church of the Nazarene in Cuba from July 26-28 at the Nazarene Theological Seminary in Punta Brava, La Lisa, Cuba. Fifty people participated. Included in that number were 24 young adults, 3 children and 23 teenagers. Six of the participants lost their parents in the aviation accident on May 18, 2017.<\/p>\n

The theme was based in the text from Matthew 6-21. \u201c. . . Because where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.\u201d Rev. Beatriz Reyes and Dr. Carmen Alvarez from Costa Rica taught the participants, and Rebeca Gomez shared in the closing service.<\/p>\n

They also had times of prayer, recreation and leisure. The participants enjoyed a day at the hotel pool and a special dinner at the Conde Baraka Restaurant.<\/p>\n
