The district includes the countries of Saint Martin, Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guyana. General Superintendent Dr. David Graves and his wife, Sharon, attended along with Regional Director Dr. Carlos Saenz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">District Superintendent Rev.
