{"id":40702,"date":"2017-08-30T11:40:47","date_gmt":"2017-08-30T17:40:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mesonaz.org\/?p=40702\/"},"modified":"2017-08-30T13:24:05","modified_gmt":"2017-08-30T19:24:05","slug":"north-central-area-holds-a-power-of-one-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mesonaz.org\/en\/north-central-area-holds-a-power-of-one-event\/","title":{"rendered":"North Central Area Holds a \u201cPower of One\u201d event"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Using the theme Leaders Forming Leaders, the leaders of the North Central Area of Mesoamerica Region held a transformational leadership conference from August 14-17 at the Theological Seminary of Guatemala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Three hundred thirty people attended, including district superintendents. The purpose of the event was to prepare the leadership to work in the integrated growth of the church. It focused on completing the mission of the church both inside and outside of the Christian circle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ministers had the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions specialized in: Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, Nazarene Missions International, Sunday School and Discipleship Ministries, Nazarene Youth International, Evangelism, Genesis, ETED and others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There were multiple international speakers at the event: Dr. Edie Step, Dr. Gustavo Crocker, Dr. Carlos S\u00e1enz, Dr. Kenneth Mills and Dr. Leonel DeLe\u00f3n.\u00a0 Leonel DeLeon Jr. Served as the translator during the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Source: Ada de Miranda, secretary to Rev.
