\"COTN<\/a>The Church of the Nazarene Trinidad and Tobago District engaged in a Local Work & Witness Project at the Laventille\u00a0Church of the Nazarene from January 19 – 24, 2014. \u00a0The\u00a0project involved the replacement of the original roof of the church, which has served an area considered a high risk community\u00a0for over forty years.The coordinator of the project was District NMI President<\/p>\n

Leonard Grant who expressed\u00a0thanks\u00a0to everyone\u00a0who contributed in any way\u00a0to the successful completion of the Laventille Church Roof Replacement Project.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"COTN<\/a>Special\u00a0acknowledgement\u00a0goes out to members of the main team comprising:\u00a0District\u00a0Superintendent\u00a0Rev. Dr. Victor George, Nicholas De\u00a0Sormeaux, Curtis Le Andre, John Gibson, Miguel Lara, Yvonne Gibson, Loraine Grant, and Deacon Anthony Peters.Thanks also to the auxiliary team members comprising: Rev. Farouk Mohammed, Cedric Cardinez, Leslie Harris, Gerard Francis, Adisa Idemudia, Michael Hannibal, John Yarde, Christian Hypolite, Marilyn George, Karen De Sormeaux, Patricia Rocke-Soverall, Veronica Alleyne-Bailey, Sharon Francis.<\/p>\n

Special commendation is extended to members of the Tunapuna Church of the Nazarene, namely Rev. Nazim Mohammed, Curtis John, and Dennis Lorde who participated in the planning of the event.<\/p>\n

We praise GOD for St James Church of the Nazarene Pastor Rev. Dr. Anthony Quimby and District Superintendent Rev. Dr. Victor George for allowing the members of the team the use of the facilities at the St. James Church of the Nazarene and the District Resource Centre.<\/p>\n
