IMPACT MENTORSHIP
We are glad for your visit and even more so for your interest in learning about Impact Mentorship, the entire regional team welcomes you aboard.
Impact Mentorship was birthed as an initiative to renew and challenge the way we lead today.
There is a global search for significant closeness in which we as a church can edify, encourage and strengthen one another for the glory of God and the blessing of the society in which we live. Therefore, we propose to create a synergistic style of leadership generating great results, a service that will meet the needs of today’s youth, training and developing teams of mentors to empower, accompany and provide young people in service spaces.
The Nazarene seminaries around Mesoamerica offers those who complete the 12 Equipping sessions, 4 continuing education credits towards their pastoral program in 2021.
Goals
Let us achieve a change in pastoral culture and new millennial pastors with a mentorship mentality.
An Equipping strategy on the subject of Mentorship aimed at the leaders of regional ministries, FSC, superintendents and pastors of each field, they will become a support, guides, counselors, mentors and give follow-up, to the new generations in vogue of the region and thus be able to integrate them into formal theological education as pastors of this new generation.
2500 young people as pastors and leaders
6 mentors in each local church.
Involve 80% of the youth population in the churches, motivating them to enroll in the various programs from our seminaries in the region.
